PHR HRCI / CP SHRM Virtual Preparation Course
Professionals that have experience in the HR field and want to prepare for the HRCI exam to achieve the designation of SPHR, HR professionals who have advanced knowledge in HR and want to take the professional development even higher.

1. How long is this course? How many days and hours is the training per week?
This is a 12-week course. The program consists of interactive, live virtual class sessions led by our expert instructors. We will meet every Saturday for live office hours. We want to address every possible question you may have for the week. You will have access to the following:

2. What’s the structure of the Course?
You will spend 7-9 hours weekly during the weekly sessions and more time on the readings. You can attend the seminar or access the workshop recording for an entire week.

3. Is this class for me? Why should I take this course?
To be eligible for the aPHR exam, you must have a high school diploma or global equivalent. No HR experience is required since this is a knowledge-based credential.

4. I can't make it. Do I get a refund?
Life happens. We understand you may be unable to attend our class for various reasons. While we cannot issue a refund, you can transfer your credit towards another course of similar or lesser value.
5. Do you have payment options?
Yes, we do. Please feel free to email us with any questions you might have at support@hrlablosangeles.com. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
6. Will I get a recording of our live office hours? What if I miss it? Will there be make-up sessions?
Our office hour sessions are interactive. Thus, you will not be able to attend a make-up session. You will, however, have access to the recording for a week.
7. Who is the instructor?

8. Will I earn a certification upon completion?
Yes! You will receive a certification from our company within seven days of completion. While we cannot do this for you, we can help you to the best of our abilities. You will need to sign up for the aPHR certification through their website at www.hrci.org.
